What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program built on constantly varied, functional movements,  things the body is designed to do in everyday life. It blends strength training, cardio, and gymnastics into challenging but scalable workouts. Every session is coach-led, community-driven, and designed to improve your overall fitness: strength, endurance, power, mobility, and confidence.

CrossFit works because it’s simple at its core: learn proper movement, train with intensity you can handle, and show up consistently. The results follow.

What to Expect in a CrossFit Class

A typical CrossFit class runs for about 60 minutes and includes:

1. Warm-Up

We start with mobility and light movement to prepare your body for the session. Simple, effective, and tailored to the day’s focus.

2. Skill/Strength/Weightlifting

You’ll learn or refine a specific movement—like a squat, deadlift, press, or gymnastics skill—or build strength with structured sets. Coaches guide your technique and adjust weights for your level.

3. WOD

This is the high-intensity portion. Workouts change daily and are constantly varied. Every WOD is scalable for beginners and seasoned athletes alike.

4. Cool Down

A guided cool-down with stretching or mobility to help you recover and move better next time.

Who is CrossFit For?

Everyone. All movements can be scaled for age, fitness level, or any limitations. If you’re new, you’ll be coached step-by-step. If you’re experienced, you’ll be challenged in ways that keep you progressing.

Members training 3+ days per week typically notice results within the first few weeks. We offer flexible memberships, so you can increase or decrease sessions as your schedule changes.

Do you have lock-in contracts?

No. Memberships are paid weekly and can be switched, upgraded, or paused whenever your schedule changes. Heading away for work or holidays? No problem — just pause your membership and resume when you return.
